Please note: We will NOT refund the shipping costs for the incorrect size when using the sizing suggestion. This is solely the customers responsibility.
FAULTY PRODUCT - ONLINE STORE
Buckaroo provides a 12 month warranty on all products. If you believe your product is faulty please fill out the consumer warranty claims form and include a picture of the faulty product. This will be sent to the Buckaroo manufacturing team for assessment and they will contact you via email. https://buckaroobelts.co.nz/pages/warranty
Buckaroo will provide a replacement or refund the item at the customers discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.
We will not issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with which includes the following:
- Repairs or modifications made to the product by any person other than Buckaroo Leather Pty Ltd. - Operation of the product outside normal use - Not taking precautionary measures to prevent damage occurring to the product - Storing the product inappropriately - Accidental damage or damage caused by environmental events - Natural ageing of the product - Damage caused by excessive heat or cold - Normal wear and tear
